Edmonton Roof Drain Repair, June 2014

This report deals with a leak inside the building from a drain pipe coming from the roof. GRS arrived on location to find that it was not a problem with the roof itself, but was able to fix the client's concern and resolve the job quickly. Our crew member arrived to the site and met with the maintenance supervisor to see where the leak was coming into the building. Upon further investigation, the leak was not coming from the newly-built roof itself, but rather from a drain pipe that was plumbed through the inside of the building. The drain pipe's access fitting near the ground entry¬†was loose and required more sealant. Having brought roofing tools unsuited to this particular job (this is a plumbing concern, not roofing), our crew member went to the local shop to pick up the necessary supplies. Returning to the site, the access fitting was quickly sealed and secured, resolving the problem.   20140611_085315_resized 20140611_085324_resized 20140611_085340_resized 20140611_085539_resized 20140611_085543_resized 20140611_095912_resized 20140611_095919_resized 20140611_095921_resized 20140611_085303_resized < End Report > CODE: 12828 Contact Us Call our 24 hour emergency roof repair at 1.780.424.7663.
